Terms and Conditions

Booking Process

  1. We require 30% of deposit to be made to guarantee the villa blocking, in low season. We will hold your confirmed reservation in maximum 5 working days to give you enough time to transfer the payment. Scanned transfer receipt should be sent via e-mail during this period. If we did not receive it, we will release your reservation.
  2. We require 50% of deposit to be made to guarantee the villa blocking, in high and peak season. We will hold your confirmed reservation in maximum 3 working days to give you enough time to transfer the payment. Scanned transfer receipt should be sent via e-mail during this period. If we did not receive it, we will release your reservation.

Cancellation/ Refund Policy

Please review the cancellation policy by matching your check in date with the hotel season in Bali . Our rates of refund are derived from our suppliers' requirements, and can be summarized as follows:

Low Season
Date Condition
+15 days before requested arrival date There is a 10% of paid amount as administration and banking charge
14 - 7 days before requested arrival date There is a 15% of paid amount as administration and banking charge
6 - 3 days before requested arrival date There is a cancellation fee of one night stay
2 - 0 days before requested arrival date There is a cancellation fee of your full booking amount.
  • Amendment, any changes to your reservation must be made through our office (by fax or e-mail) not less than 5 business days prior to check-in date. This applies to change of dates, extension of stay, early check out, delayed arrival or cancellation in full or in part.
  • **You should also contact us if you have any problems with your reservation on arrival or during your stay.
  • All requests for additional nights or rooms are subject to room availability.
  • All amendments will incur a fee of US$ 5, if the amendment results in a refund of payment (reduction of stay, number of rooms, or number of people booked). All amendments are subject to availability.
  • Amendments are only effective when we have confirmed by email or facsimile.
  • Vivalavi Villas will not be responsible for any (additional) charges incurred after cancellations / amendments without confirmation from our side.

+15 days prior to check-in 10% of total room price will apply for handling and banking fees.
15 days (or less) prior to check-in One night penalty plus handling fee (10%) will be charged.
7 days (or less) prior to check-in TWO night penalty plus handling fee (10%) will be charged.
6 - 0 days before requested arrival date There is a cancellation fee of your full booking amount
  • In case of NO-SHOW or early check out, non refund will be made. (Considered as cancellation without the required advance notice.)
  • Amendment, any changes to your reservation must be made through our office (by fax or e-mail notice) not less than 10 business days prior to check-in date. This applies to change of dates, extension of stay, early check out, delayed arrival or cancellation in full or in part.
  • **You should also contact us if you have any problems with your reservation on arrival or during your stay.
  • All requests for additional nights or rooms are subject to room availability.

Upon check in

Since we receive payment on cash basis only, we require our valued guests to open a deposit for your personal account. This account will be used to cover your in house expenses (ex; Restaurant, spa, etc). Account balance will be adjusted upon check out.
